Hebei Mingren Rubber Products Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2002. Its legal representative is Li Guanghua, and its registered capital is 5 million yuan. Located at No. 8 Chuangye Street, Weixian Provincial Economic Development Zone, Mingren Rubber Products Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise that produces a variety of indoor and outdoor rubber flooring from recycled tires. It is also one of the largest domestic manufacturers of recycled tire flooring. Its products officially entered the market in 2003. In 2007, Mingren partnered with a US company to develop rubber square tiles, rubber sidewalk tiles, and rubber blind tiles. In 2009, Mingren partnered with a Taiwanese company to develop Xingguang indoor rubber laminate flooring. After nearly 20 years of healthy development, Mingren's leading products include five product lines: rubber granular flooring, rubber laminate flooring, rubber composite flooring, rubber imitation marble flooring, and rubber rolls, offering 147 varieties and designs. Mingren's products have passed the "Non-Toxic and Non-Irritant Test" issued by the Environmental Hygiene Testing Institute of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine.
The company has been granted 29 national patents for innovative development of recycled rubber, including four invention patents, 11 utility model patents, and 14 design patents. These patents include rubber crash barriers for highway entrances and exits, rubber roadside guardrails, urban road buffer barriers (dividing strips), urban road manhole cover repair mats, non-slip heated doorway mats, and imitation marble rubber soft flooring, all of which are being progressively implemented. These patents are the first of their kind in China and feature advanced technology. Five more patents are currently under public review. The company has also received certifications for quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety management, and intellectual property management. The company is committed to developing both domestic and international markets, with products distributed across over 30 provinces, 500 prefectures (cities), and counties nationwide, with over 1,700 sales agents and outlets. Due to its safety, comfort, high precision, excellent elasticity, sound insulation, shock absorption, ease of installation, and environmental friendliness, rubber flooring is widely used in municipal projects, transportation facilities, sports and fitness venues, nursing homes, kindergartens, and other areas, making it a popular new environmentally friendly flooring material in Western countries like Europe and the United States. The company is designed to process 18,000 tons of waste tires annually and produce 2 million square meters of rubber flooring. Its products are exported to the United States, France, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Canada, Australia, Belgium and other countries. From 2007 to 2024, the company will realize a cumulative foreign exchange earnings of US$18.5 million.
